The winners of the Best Managed Companies competition have been selected following research by Deloitte. Companies were assessed against four core management principles. Avrora LLC was recognised as one of the year’s leading companies for strategy alignment and implementation, human capital development, talent engagement and leadership, and financial management. The criteria draw on Deloitte’s 30 years of research into companies around the world.
The research findings are evaluated to international standards by an independent jury of respected business professionals. The jury also assesses overall business performance, corporate social responsibility strategy, sustainable development and the efforts companies make in these areas.
For 30 years, Avrora LLC has contributed to Azerbaijan’s national economy through food production and imports and practical measures to support food security.
