Altos

Altos (Olmeca Altos) is a premium tequila brand created in 2009 by tequila master Jesús Hernández and bartenders Dré Masso and Henry Besant. The products are made from 100% Blue Weber Agave grown in the Los Altos region of Jalisco, Mexico.

The agave is slowly cooked in traditional brick ovens, crushed using a Tahona stone and mechanical mill, and then double-distilled in copper stills. This combination of traditional methods helps preserve the rich taste of cooked agave and contributes to the product’s balanced character.

Altos Plata is characterised by notes of cooked agave, lemon and lime and is a suitable choice for preparing classic cocktails such as Margarita and Paloma. Altos Reposado is aged in oak barrels, with citrus, vanilla and oak notes adding further richness to its taste. The brand combines traditional tequila production with modern cocktail culture.
